All material and content on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of Kenneth & Samantha. As such, it may not be used by any party without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time without notice. In the event that a product appears at an incorrect price due to a photographic error, typographical error or error in the pricing information received from our suppliers, Kenneth & Samantha shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. If we need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully informed and try to offer you an alternative option, if applicable. We will not send you substitute items without your consent.

Please note that our receipt of an order via the website, email or social media, and our confirmation of receipt of its receipt do not constitute acceptance or warranty of fulfillment of that order. While we diligently strive to fulfill all of our orders as efficiently as possible, we cannot promise that items featured in our limited-edition or exclusive artisanal seasonal collections will be permanently available for the entire life of that collection.

Payment Policy
Once the chosen items have been added to the Shopping Bag, the customer will find two registration options:

  • Considering that in the future the customer will make more purchases on our website, he must register his data so that he is registered and the payment can be made.
  • The customer will not register, but will fill in the basic contact information and then make the payment.

Payment may be made in these ways:

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

  • You can choose the installments in which you need to pay (according to the policies of your bank, interest will be charged).
  • The data provided by the client will be shared with external personnel for the exclusive purposes of providing the service, which include payment processing and transaction validation through an anti-fraud system.
  • The Company is not responsible for any fees that credit card operators may apply.
  • We accept the following Credit/Debit Cards:

    MASTERCARD
    AMERICAN EXPRESS

Payment by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Once the payment and the Purchase Order have been confirmed, the dispatch process will begin, from which the term associated with the delivery modality (Dispatch via courier) begins to run.
In case of any problem with the payment made, Kenneth & Samantha will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Dollar Off Promotion Policy
Altamira Collections will occasionally offer a promotion for a specific dollar amount off purchases made (e.g., purchases of $30 off, $80 or more). Any such promotion is valid only on new orders placed during the time of the promotion, and is not valid in combination with other offers or on exchange orders.

Out-of-stock products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.

We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order once we have contacted you with the estimated shipping date.

Multiple product orders
We will attempt to ship all products contained in the order simultaneously and/or from the location for a multiple-product order. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless we inform you otherwise.

Refund Policy & cancellations
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. See Refunds for information on our Refund Policy and order cancellations.

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it by contacting us. Since we do not charge you until items are shipped, no costs will be incurred, and your credit/debit card will not be charged.
